An abandoned Sn(-W) mine.
Located adjacent to the village of Rossarden, South of Launceston. The mine was last worked in the 1970's. There are vast dumps of waste material containing some large and beautiful cassiterite specimens generally in/on quartz, with wolframite, muscovite, topaz and rare scheelite and phosphate minerals.
