Burning dump pile of the Kateřina colliery in Radvanice (Eastern Bohemia) - Intrasudetic Basin, Odolov Formation, Jívka Member - Carboniferous (Stefan A - Stefan B).
Now rehabilitated and safe, no more possibilities of mineral finds.
The site is known of unique rare-metal-minerals. Galena crystals from a reducing-type assemblage reached 4 cm!
Sejkora et al. (2002) mention also an interesting "GAF" phase - a pseudomorphic greenockite-anhydrite-fluorite mixture.
