Type Locality:Tsumeb Mine (Tsumcorp Mine), Tsumeb, Otjikoto (Oshikoto) Region, Namibia
Year of Discovery:1972
Geological Setting of type material:Lower oxidation zone of dolostone-hosted hydrothermal polymetallic ore deposit at 930 m depth, formed by alteration of Ge-rich sulfides.
