I have been collecting minerals since 1994, but it is a rekindling of a childhood interest. I started with fluorescent minerals and still am fascinated by the new world that UV light can uncover in ordinary rocks. Then I bought a microscope in 1997. Now, I'm all over the place, picking up on localities, crystal structures, and unusual minerals. My photo gallery tells it all!
