Schorl :

Excellent specimen of schorl in talc schist from a classic Italian locality. This type of schorl is known as "turkey track" due to the appearance of the fragmented crystals. This specimen is rich in schorl on both sides. With labels from the Cilen collection and Howard Minerals. Although the Cilen says dravite, the species is in fact schorl. From my personal collection. 12.9 x 12.8 x 3.2 cm.
