This is a Orthoclase Var. Adularia from Alchuri (Alchori; Aschudi), Shigar Valley, Skardu District, Baltistan, Northern Areas, Pakistan. These rhombic crystals of Orthoclase are some of the most lustrous and gemmy that I have seen.
