Intergrown balls of lustrous green Malachite are draped over contrasting purplish-blue crust of Chrysocolla(?). It is super aesthetic, pristine, and displays all around, 360 degrees. In 2002 the Gobin brothers recovered a small lot of these, and I was one of the first to see them in Tucson in 2003, where I acquired this piece for my personal collection. This is a classic and gorgeous Malachite and Chrysocolla combination specimen from the Democratic Republic of Cogo. No damage.
