Superb top quality specimen from the great finds at Pingtouling over a decade ago. Top color and bright glassy luster, the condition is remarkable. We have handled a lot of these Mimetites and just a few really stand out, this is one of the best with display impact far bigger than its size. The color is the most desirable orange-yellow. Crystals are up to 1.5 CM which is huge for the find. The Pingtouling mine flooded and collapsed years ago but the Mimetites it produced in a vey short period are regarded as some of the best yet found on the planet. Excellent value.
