*** This is now, the full - ** 6 ** part Video Story of setting up 53 display cases. ***
*** I will now start a new article .. on the talking tour they did on Sunday of the show. ***
This article is about Jim & Gail Spann and all the work it took to set-up 53 display cases for the 3 day
East Coast Gem and Mineral show held in Springfield, Massachusetts on August 7-9, 2009.
Also a tour of the cases as I get the videos produced, it’ll be several videos, and takes time to put the
couple hundred video clips I have into short movies.
Yet this is nothing compared to the months of hard work Jim & Gail put into this huge project. They started
with 1 case at home and filled it 53 times, labeled, mapped and photographed each case before packing them up
so they would know where everything goes when it came time for the Big Set-up.
So… here’s there arrival and start of setting it all up video first >>
Part 2: Gail & Jim Spann put a lot of thought into prepairing 53 cases to represent the 6 continents.
Here is the second video of them, setting up the cases, with some narrative on some specimens.
Part 3: More Minerals and story's while setting up !!
Part 4: More Minerals and story's while setting up !!
Part 5: The continuing Story of Fine Minerals from around the world, on display, in 53 cases.
Notice the love that is put into so carefully setting it all up for everyone to enjoy.
The Spann's Love what there doing !!!
So OK .... here's part > 5 <
Part 6: You now have the whole story of setting up 53 display cases.
Please enjoy this last video of all the work that it took !

Thanks to Wayne for his incredible patience and time to film this day. As I watch it I relive how I felt and the excitement of putting in that many cases and seeing it all come together.
And reminds me of how crazy we are too! ha ha.
Thank you Wayne, you are amazing.
