The Spann's World Tour - 2009 - final 1 - 9

At the East Coast Gem and Mineral show held in Springfield, Massachusetts on August 7-9, 2009,
on Sunday morning before the show started that day, Jim & Gail Spann kindly agreed to do a video
tour of the cases and talk about the many, many minerals that they had brought. There task was no
little one, all the way from Texas. But good people they are, and loved talking about there many
minerals.

Wayne, you have infinate patience! Jim and I were pretty tired and slightly fuzzy during this walk about but we hope that most of it makes sense. We had such little sleep and there were times when I couldn't remember if something was dioptase or diopside. Things were eluding me, including the names of good friends! Back to being sharp as a tack, thanks to lots of sleep....so thank you Bob, or is it John, wait...give me a second, oh yeah, Wayne!

Gail, you guys did such a great job on the whole project !
It was fun watching the amazement on everyone's faces that were looking at the wonderfull displays !
