Working the Tripp & Clark Mine - Late May
5th Jun 2011
The main effort has been working the Clark Mine. At this time, 2 blasts have been placed and the results have not been good. The peg feldspar is very poor quality and does not show any improvement. What has been found defiantly has not been worth the time & coin. I will push a bit further towards the big feldspar crystal. Then decide to continue working the Clark or not.
The Tripp mine, the effort is to lower the mine entrance. To do this we have moved the container and excavated the old mine dump. The lower entrance will be helpful when we start entering the main pit later this season. Because the Clark mine effort is not producing, I am going to start pumping out the Tripp mine main pit. I will also start blasting the Tripp mine east / north pit wall for the entrance into the main pit.
That’s it for now
