Things I wouldn't mind having or might be interested in, in no particular order, of no particular size.
Purpurite
Sugelite
Tugtupite
Charoite
A nice Adamite crystal (I think it was adamite...maybe cobaltoan)
Any gem quality gem, floater or in matrix.
Gold in matrix.
Gold ore.
A diamond in matrix.
A chunk of boart.
Just about anything showy and busy.
Just about anything unusual or odd.
Just about anything classic.
A specimen of pyrite on calcite from China which is nicer than the one I have.
Cryolite crystals from Ivigtut, Greenland.
Rough prosopite in matrix from Ivigtut, Greenland.
Anything from Ivigtut, Greenland I don't have, or an exceptional specimen from Ivigtut, Greenland even if I might have it.
Cryolite of any form from any other place (except a factory).
Anything else that occurs at Ivigtut, Greenland from a place other than Ivigtut, Greenland.
A nice Brandenburg amythest.
Some interesting rock that no one can seem to identify.
To be continued....
Things I have to trade
Micros and thumbnails from Ivigtut, Greenland.
Of these I have: Cryolite, siderite, pachnolite, thomsenolite, ralstonite, jarlite, rough topaz, chiolite, probably weberite, probably cryolithionite, quartz, probably other stuff... A few specimens are in crystal form. Most are chunks of stuff. I cannot positively identify all of them.
Larger Specimens from Ivigtut Greenland:
Chiolite of varying clarity and sizes
Rough topaz with other stuff mixed in.
Cryolite
On rare occasion, I might break a chunk off something off a larger specimen.
Non-Ivigtut stuff:
Franklin stuff: (Various sizes)
The typical willemite/franklinite/calcite combos. In many of these specimens, though the willemite crystals are not large or well formed, some of them are very gemmy.
Other stuff from the Franklin area that I can't identify.
Chunks of ugly but fluorescent calcite from the Santa Monica Mountains (I can't fathom anyone other than an obsessive systematic collector wanting this)

I have found a significant amount of Adamite in the Passaic Pit at Sterling Hill last summer. It was occuring in association with small lenses of lollingite. Some people were thinking it was malachite, but I thought it looked a bit too blue green for that. Some built up into translucent crystals on the pieces I have. This pic from this database really lead me to think that the material is adamite. http://www.mindat.org/photo-165589.html So take a look at what you have from Franklin or Sterling Hill and you might have some already. But I understand, there is so many minerals at Franklin/Sterling Hill that identifying them simply from site can become quite a chore.
