Things I work on when I'm not doing Mindat...

2nd Apr 2009

As many of you already know, one of my other sidelines is online recruitment websites, and I've set up a selection of websites along with my brother and parents called All World Jobs.

We've just launched two new sites, one is for Florida tourism jobs, which is a new site specialising in all types of jobs for the tourist industry in Florida. It's only just launched so there aren't many (if any) jobs listed yet, but we'll be promoting it better over the next few months and hopefully it will start to become more useful.

The second site is almost exactly the same but targetted for Hawaii tourism jobs, I'm not sure if volcanologists could qualify as tourism-related, but at least Hawaii is slightly more geologically interesting than Florida, which is geologically unexciting (if you exclude the rather nice calcite-filled fossil shells).

I'm always interested to hear what people think about these sites - it's not a full-time job for me so there are still odds and ends that need fixing on these (and the older) sites - but we're working through them and they're getting better day by day.
