Post-Munich Update

26th November 2008

The update, with what we obtained during Munich, is now ready! Given that the Barcelona show (Expominer) is shortly after Munich it has taken us a while longer than normal to get them ready, but now they are available.

As we said in our show report ( http://www.mineral-forum.com/message-board/viewtopic.php?t=362 ) there were very few novelties this year. This update includes all of the few that appeared at Munich: Chinese Veszelyites with Hemimorphite, Argentinian Martites, unusual Elbaites from Chamachu, Pakistan, Brazilian Uvites on pink Magnesite from Brumado, Olmiites from the N'chwaning II mine, Tanzanian Spessartines on matrix, Calcite with inclusions from the new Cantera Norte de Artigas, Italian gold from Brusson....

Along with all these we can add, as one might expect, a selection of material from the extraordinary Silvane Collection as well as more specimens from the Buma and Folch collections. There are also a range of other specimens, among which we would highlight the Phosgenite from Monteponi and the beautiful Namibian Shattuckite.
In summary there are 83 specimens, which, given their variety and quality, should appeal to a wide variety of collectors.

So see them all please use this link:
