Pre-Munich & Expominer Update
14th October 2009
With both the Munich and Barcelona (Expominer) shows just around the corner, we are pleased to offer this small sample of what we will have at the shows.
The Barites from Beltraneja in AlmerÃa are not really a novelty as they were first found between 2002 and 2003. But what is new is that we finally know where they are from, in fact we only just found out. We have on offer a number of specimens from the original find that we have been holding back until the correct locality was known. A much more recent find is that of the well defined crystals of Elbaite (ParaÃba) which we are offering the first of on line and that we will have more of during Munich and Expominer.
We have also added some other great material, such as the two specimens from Panasqueira, the Painite on matrix, and the Amethyst stalagmite from Artigas, Uruguay. To see them all use this link:

The next update will be in late November, as we will not be able to do anything else before then given the shows. So if you want to keep in touch you can always follow our reports from both of the shows, which we will publish in on the forum FMF: http://www.mineral-forum.com
