Texas Meteorites Being Given Away By Heritage Auction Galleries

Heritage Auction Galleries (www.HA.com) is sponsoring a special meteorite give-away at our Dallas, TX offices on Saturday, June 7 at 1 p.m. central time. The first 100 children, between the ages of 8 and 13 and accompanied by a parent, will receive a piece of a meteorite from the famous Odessa, TX meteorite shower from approximately 75,000 years ago. Lot viewing for our 2008 June Signature Natural History Auction #5009 will be occurring at the same time.

Our 2008 June Signature Natural History Auction #5009 to be held in Dallas, TX on June 8, 2008 will be closing soon. This auction contains Minerals, Gems, Fossils, Dinosauria, Meteorites, Zoology, Paleolithic Artifacts, Lapidary Art, and Amber. The live floor session information; Session 1: (Lots 38001-38390) - 1:00 pm Dallas, TX time, Sunday, June 8, 2008.


Heritage Live

We are proud to announce the launch of our 'Heritage Live' software on all auctions marked with a yellow button with the text 'HA.com/Live Enabled'. This software allows you to participate in a live Heritage auction from the comfort of your home or office over the Internet. You will be able to browse and bid live during the auction event against other Internet bidders and floor bidders.

To participate, please go to www.HA.com/Live during the live portion of the auction. Just enter your Heritage user name and password (membership is free), and you can use the new Heritage Live software to begin bidding. We strongly suggest you leave proxy bids at www.HA.com before the live session in the event either side experiences internet problems during the live auction.
