Topaz-Europe, Topaz-Asia, Topaz-Africa, Topaz-America, Topaz-Australasia. I think the articles will be much better loadable and legible this way. I can do Europe. Maybe Ralph is interested in doing Australasia, Rock for the Americas ;-) Anyone interested in doing Africa or Asia (Bill ;-) ? So, now we have Topaz, Europe (incorporating European Russia), Topaz, Asia (incorporating Asian Russia), Topaz, America (North, Middle and South), Topaz, Africa and Topaz, Australasia.
I already finished the draft of Europe and I've created the other topics including headers, feel free to have a go at them ;-)

I personally would just work away on it till it got to big and then split it. Doing it this way may give you an insight about how else you might wish to tackle the job. When I did Quartz, USA it was not clear at all about how to split it up.
