Users' Manual Update

I put this on the Mistakes & Errors page before I noted your new category. Basically, this project induced me to complete my list of periodical and serially numbers series of publications with propsosed standard abbreviations to use when citing them as references. I am now working on the second list, the reverse list by periodical/publication in alphabetical order, then the proposed abbreviations to use. The former will basically be used by users desiring to check out the references posted for database entries. The latter will be for the contributors to refer to when posting data entries and citing the references. As soon as I finish the second part, I'll submit same via e-mail for review, critique and additions. See my other e-mail in "Mistakes & Errors."
