Permission to upload rejected?

New guy here. I Just wanted to conribute a few photos from a mine I visited a few days ago. I asked for permission to upload a photo. But it was rejected. I must be doing something wrong. But any help would be appreciated.

Probably someone just pressed the wrong button. Have given you Basic membership.

BTW, is your first and family name correct?
