Hi, I have registered, but cannot log in. If I request a reminder of my password, I get a message saying the email address is not recognized. Help!

What browser are you using to register with? You are not successfully registering. If you have successfully registered, you will end up being logged in.

I use IE7. When I try to register, I appear to register succesfully - I receive an email telling me that I have registered (though the password is blank in the email), and I am logged in until I navigate away or close/reopen the browser.

This is the third (at least) time I've tried to register.

For some reason, it appears that the CSS (Cascading Style Sheet) for mindat isn't getting used.

On the Page dropdown menu (at the top of IE 7) see if you can view the source for any mindat page. In the top 3 or 5 lines there should be a line like:

link rel="stylesheet" HREF ="mindat.css" type="text/css"

Well, I just logged out, and logged back in again - so fingers crossed that's sorted! Thanks for all the help and patience!

Now I can see where to type my message, how did I miss that on the previous page? I thought I had clicked everything. I have not been able to log in for a long time, I have photos and articles waiting. I have tried several times to get a changed password, the e-mails I am sent tell me to "click the link below" but I cannot see any clickable link, (am I just stupid?) The link printed there does nothing, even when copied and pasted into Google. Please help Joylon!
