On the auction page you should see
On the auction page you should see the following links (if they are applicable).

1) Current auctions where you are the seller
2) Items successfully sold last 60 days
3) Items that weren't sold last 60 days
4) Items that you were the successful bidder on in the last 60 days
5) Current auctions for which you are the current high bidder
6) Current auctions where you have been outbid.
7) Completed auctions, seller has not received payment
8) Completed auctions, buyer paid for item, hasn't received it yet.

7 and 8 which are seriously old and will get you suspended from participating in further auctions (7 - more than 30 days; 8 more then 60 days).

By auction close + 24 hours.
1) Seller will receive email that item either sold or didn't sell (either no bids or didn't reach reserve)
2) Buyer will also receive email that they had winning bid.
3) Next day seller will get a reminder email from mindat about successful auction (Confirm payment has been made for mindat auction ID)

I now see a new link that was not available before to complete seller responsibilities. When I click this link, It does not take me anywhere, so this is still not working correctly.

Drat. More debugging. - Should be OK now.

I just tried to complete the auction completion form but it won't allow me to complete individual auctions, it keeps telling me i have to complete for all my ended auctions at the same time, is there a way to use the form for individual auctions.

If not the form is impossible to use as you can't complete for an auction that ended a week ago without also having to comment on one that only finished yesterday.

Dave - the temporary work around for where you don't want to change the status is to enter something in the comment field.

Got it fixed now. You don't have to enter a comment if you received payment (although I would recommend it) - Jol may change that back to a requirement though. Rating is required and a comment is required if auction was cancelled.

I have just completed my first auction as a seller - how do I pay the 2% donation to mindat?
