MineralsFluoborite

EDX-Analysis performed by Andreas Massanek/TU Freiberg provided "Fluoborite". Fluoborite/Magnetite-rocks were obviously displacement/alteration products of "Ludwigite" rocks (Note: "Ludwigite" from Pöhla is frequently a pseudomorphosis of a fine admixture of Magnetite, Szaibelyite and Sapphirine after Ludwigite (Frank-Uwe Braun, Jena, personal communication).
The Fluoborite bearing rocks hosted an interesting paragenesis: rough greenish Datholite, Magnetite, minor Nordenskiöldine and Cassiterite
(analytical confirmed by Mirko Martin; Cassiterite identified visually).
