There are two citations for the minerals listed:

Bouška, V., Dvořák, Z.: Nerosty severočeské hěndouhelné pánve. Praha: Severočeské doly, a.s., 160 s.
Bridget E. McCollam (2002) ZIPPEITES: CHEMICAL CHARACTERIZATION AND POWDER X-RAY DIFFRACTION STUDIES OF SYNTHETIC AND NATURAL SAMPLES MS Thesis, Notre Dame University

The second one lists all the U minerals. Which one belongs to Újezd u Kasejovic?

EDIT: Is Újezd u Kasejovic missing on Mindat? There is a Kasejovice (http://www.mindat.org/loc-5644.html), but the mineralogy doesn't look similar.

Dear Uwe,

thanks for your response.
Yes, Újezd u Kasejovic (Újezd near Kasejovice) probably miss on mindat. It is an uranium prospection shaft with minor meters of underground works. So all uranium minerals belong to this locality together with the reference Bridget E. McCollam.

Jenišův Újezd is old coal locality so the first citation and rest of minerals (non-uranium) belongs to this locality.

Hope this helps
Pavel

Some information about újezd u kasejovic:

Uranium ores were found in N-S Kasejovice fault area on the contact of the "Kasejovice island" and Blatná granodiorite. Uranium ores are formed by uraninite and uranium amorphous black oxides and silikates and it were found on the short veins of carbonates on the N-S steep structure filled by mylonite. Close to surface were found secondary uranium minerals like amorphous oxides, torbernite and autunite. Uranium micas were found only close to granites.
