The locality information on this specimen label is highly dubious.

According to all records including the most recent publication "The Mines and Minerals of Chester County, Pennsylvania" Ron Slotto ©2009, the most complete listing ever published of this county's mineral occurrences, quarries, mines and their histories, no observation has ever been made of Anydrite within this county. It's strange that the label gives no locality, but the Rruff database has the locality as Chester Co.
You could inquire at the database or at the University of Arizona Mineral Museum (from which the specimen is).
