Hi,

I think it is from the Haramosh Mts. in Skardu District: http://www.mindat.org/loc-2534.html

Neat specimen Nauroz, but I highly doubt anyone will be able to give you an exact location for it. I'm thinking the best anyone can do is a particular region of Pakistan such as a mountain range like Vik suggested....

Nauroz, I feel weird trying to help to Pakistani man to locate a Pakistani specimen! Anyway, I will try:

Almost sure: Skardu District

Very probably: Haramosh Mountains

Probably: Shengus (please see: http://www.mindat.org/photo-410724.html )

Thanks folks for helping me out.

@CaptPaul That's why it goes into my personal collection, thanks for appreciating the specimen, see you on mindat chat.

@Jose Zendrera I am digging in Balochistan which is on the other corner where Skardu is located. :-)
