I have this nice pink agate from Juchem Quarry, Idar-Oberstein, Hunsrück Mts, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, found 2002 with a funny fan-shaped unknow inclusion. What is?

It actually IS mostly chalcedony, because the material is usually largely replaced. Aragonite is much more likely: this has been documented from a number of agate localities within the Hunsrück range and Rhenish Hesse (the foothills to the southeast). I can't remember though whether baryte has ever been confirmed.

Some years ago (5/6 years?) there was something in Lapis magazine about a confirmed Baryte find in Juchem quarry.
They were Baryte crystals in a geode though. I found small Baryte crystals in nearby Vollmersbach quarry in 2005.
In this case however I think Peter and Gerhard are right. It looks lake a Chalcedony replacement of Aragonite.
Something about the Sagenite Paul mentioned. Agate collectors call anything acicular included in an agate "Sagenite". Usually it's Aragonite, but also other needle like minerals can be given this name. I've never seen real Rutile sagenite in an agate though. So, Sagenite, when it is mentioned in the agate collectors community, is a rather fuzzy word
Cheers,
Harjo
