Could anyone identify this from these pictures? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Could be many things, blue stuff can be from chalcedony to turquoise and black material from a metallic oxide to a dark silicate.

Please give some data: size, origin, hardness...

Jose is correct Amanda; it could be many things, and ID from photos is one of the hardest things to do. My initial thought is blue chalcedony, but without more information about the specimen, it is purely a guess.
