Hi Harjo,

Your photo selections are some of the finest I have ever seen, but could you please have them labeled as to species & locality?

Thanks,

Curt

In fact for me, i don't take this photo of anatase. She is a standard of quality but not very esthetic. I prefer others photos with more large field.

I can see when my photo is good or less good. In fact this anatase is just for seen the difference of colour inside (sroory for my englisk harjo... Do you speak better frenche than me for english).

Also, for those who have missed it; recently Volker Betz posted a breathtaking Haüyne photo. It ranks very high on my list of all time favourites! See below, and thanks Volker for the fantastic photo!

Fantastic.

I notice all the Euro names, and wonder what it is that most of the best photomicrographers are out of Europe... patience, access to the best lenses, willingness to spend 20k on gear, spare time, or what, puzzling.

Needs mineral name and locality, stat.

This would be the start of a truly fabulous wall poster, say a meter across, each image 15 cm or so... is it feasible!
