This is another Burmese Topaz acquired in Tucson this year..
size 7.5cm tall x 4.5, beautifully terminated.

Those big black Aussie "povondraite" specimens; what's the story? If they're confirmed, they're by far the best of the species, and should be included here in the database! Thanks for any info.

A little cluster of beryl crystals from the California mine, upper Brown's Creek drainage, Nathrop, Chaffee County, Colorado. It measures 1.5x1x0.6 cm. Collected in 1975.

While it doesn't compare to Craig's Stewart Mine tourmaline, for $5 I can't complain. African tourmaline.

Steve i don't really know what words to use regarding your work, it's just incredable, it's as if you photographed the specimen..
you've done a fantastic job, is it your own specimen that you painted? size?, world class work mate, thanks for sharing it.

Thanks guys. Phil - not my specimen. I think a second mortgage would have been required. It was painted from a photo that I took at last year's Tucson Show. Must get up your way one of these days.

I just want to shale this beauty. The picture comes from a eBay auction, finally the price was too high for me but at least i stay with the image!

Neal your Kunzite is fantastic, great size too.

Epidote from Pakistan.
gemmy crystal 10cm tall.
