Locations

Please somebody, tell me how I can successfully upload mineral photos. I cannot get the website to accept any locality descriptions that I have, for example " Illabo Mine, Nana Glen, New South Wales, Australia" where I have found what I think is trigonite. Just exactly what do I have to use as the location???

Firstly we need to have the location registered in Mindat, and we didnt have this one. I have just added the mine under Coffs Harbour, the nearest major town I think? : [www.mindat.org] If you can add any general info on the mine, and Lat/Long, please do, and a reference (your book ?).
Next step is to add the minerals known from the site, using the Edit/add minerals tab on the location website, again with references where possible.
Third step is to add photos, most easily done from the location page with the Edit/add photo tab.
Any problems, let us know?

Re trigonite: this is very rare, how was it identified?

Alan, I added some minerals and more info to this site, but not trigonite yet as its so extremely rare we need some good identification first.
