Oxy Rocks

Was reading this month's Rock and Gem magazine and saw an ad for oxy rocks. Went to oxyrocks.com- and yes, it is a product that is being sold. Wondering if anyone here has used it and what the results were. Looks like it may take time to remove deposits with this method. Thanks.

Sounds like oxylic acid, but according to the website it's not. confused smiley

Nope- not oxalic acid- use that all the time. Called them and was satisfied enough with the answers that I went ahead and ordered it. Just bought out 3 massive collections so have a lot of various lower grade specimens to test it with. Will report back once I have time to get through the learning curve on how to maximize it's effectiveness on lower grade stuff and then try it on some good stuff.
