Among my locality and "other" photographs are pictures of:
Robert M. Boggs (Boggsite), Eugene E. Foord (Foordite) (looks like this is already linked), and Benjamin Bartlett (Bart) Cannon (Cannonite)
Do I need to reload them in this different category, or can they be linked somehow?

From the pantheon of Dead White Males, I have uploaded:
A picture of William Logan, see weloganite, photo #248674.
A picture of John William Dawson, see dawsonite, photo #248675.
A picture of John Alexander Dresser, see dresserite, photo #248676.
Still trying for Anne Sabina (took a shot but not sufficiently flattering) and will soon get Carleton U.

I think this is a great addition and that the historical aspect of minerals is often overlooked.
How about doing a picture of the location for minerals that are named after their locality. Minerals such as Tinticite (Tintic Standard Mine, Eureka, Utah), Utahite & Juabite (Centennial Eureka Mine, Juab County, Utah). There are many others as well.

I know I am in my own little world, but everyone knows me here.
