HI

I want to buy minerals and rough tourmaline from brazil. is there any market in brazil. or every thing goes to the mine owners and i'll have to directly contact the mine owners?

can anyone provide any info about the dealing procedure there?

Go to the fair in Teofilo Otoni. It's held there every July or August.

Yes, there are many places in Brazil to buy gems and minerals, but to get there you will need to provide your real name to get a Visa, and I certianly would not recommend you to any of my contacts there not even know your name.

In principle all mine owners exhibit in Tucson! Many times prices are better in Tucson!
