Mary Bridget Lemanski

Chester S. Lemanski, Jr. May 05, 2012 12:53PM
I am sad to announce that my dearest, dearest wife Mary Bridget (MB to many) passed on to her reward yesterday about 4:00 PM EDT after a 3 day bout with a systemic infection. All who know her know her personality as a fun loving, witty, intelligent woman who only saw the good in everyone and strove her entire life to help people, especially the downtrodden, AIDS victims, mental patients, addicts, inmates and sexual crime victims throughout her long and accomplished nursing career.

Dear Chet: I knew MB at Mid-State and became very close to her while we worked together. I was able to keep contact with her at work at DOC. Mary Bridget was a warm, loving soul who everyone loved and respected. Her work was spot-on. We had many laughs at work together as well as serious, meaningful discussions. She was like a big sister to me, and her advice was both fair and wise. We will miss her. Our world is a better place for having had MB in it.
