Can you explain to me what is elestial quartz? I believe the name "elestial" is a new age/metaphysical name and though we have bought and sold tons of quartz crystals, not a few of them that have been called elestial by our customers, I have never been able to understand to my satisfaction just exactly the meaning of the word.
Our search engine here on mindat is pretty good, but it could be better. When images are up loaded the uploader can classify their images with a limited number of tags like the name of the species, locality etc, but the choices are quite limited, though in the future we hope to make them more extensive. Since this site leans more toward the scientific rather than the metaphysical it is unlikely any of the images of quartz were described as elestial even in their captions. You might try searching the captions for the word of elestial, but you may get few or no hits.
Can any one tell us the origin of the work elestial? or who coined this word? It is in common enough use that we should probably try and put it in our glossary.

"this combination of the 4 elements transmit to the quartz special properties that I don't know exactly what they are."
It's really simple. This unique combination of physical states and characteristics imparts all the powers of the 3 realms of Albarzar, namely, it acts as a very powerful laxative at the least.

Interesting interpretation of radiation damage.
Learning something new every day. :-)
But the connection to the Four Elements (Earth, Wind, Fire, Water) seems to be a bit streched to me.
I mean, there are much better examples of things that represent the 4 Elements, no need to get a crystal for that.
Like, if I had a lot of hot Mexican food, is the energetic combination of earth, wind, fire and water that desperately wants to get out "elestial"? And after I'm done (all out), do I have to turn around and kneel before it or something?
I doubt it.
I couldn't even sell the stuff, biphasic or not.
So there must be more to the term, I am sure we haven't got to its essence yet. :-(

I rest my case! You inadvertently stumbled upon the absolutely most appropriate analogy; the only difference is that in the case of Mexican food we call it "Montezuma's Revenge" not the 3 realms of Albarzar.
