Just a quick note to let everyone know about the upcoming 43rd Annual Flagg Gem and Mineral Show in Mesa, AZ on January 9-11, 2015. Our name honors Arthur L. Flagg (1883-1961)--a driving force behind Earth Science education, mineral collecting, organization of clubs and societies and competitive displays for decades.

We will have over 100 vendors selling beads, fossils, gems, jewelry, lapidary materials and minerals. It is FREE--both admission and parking are free. We'll have club booths and special displays--food vendors, portable restrooms, an ATM and the best weather between LA and Boston.

There will be free activities and specimens for children. The show opens at 9 am daily and closes at 5 pm daily. The Flagg Mineral Foundation will have tables of specimens---many of them from the Arthur L. Flagg collection--for sale. This is the largest show in greater Phoenix and is visited by thousands---free admission and parking are tough to beat!

43rd Annual Flagg Gem and Mineral Show--Mesa Community College. Northeast corner of US 60 (Superstition Freeway and Dobson Road). January 9-11, 2015
