I agree.

Our standard rule for sites that span multiple counties is that we should put them into one, so the Youghiogheny Reservoir needs to be put into either Fayette or Somerset Co. So the reservoir needs to move and the merged country page needs to be deleted.

Our rule for mines was that if the workings covered a wide area, the entrance (or mine office) was the point we took as the reference point. If there is an "official" address for the reservoir then we can use that. Otherwise we could just take which county has the largest % of the reservoir in.

Actually the location is a roadcut near the reservoir.

Its database weirdness, my request was for "Madison Co., Pennsylvania" (was loc. 167698) which I mistakenly entered into the database some time ago. The link given above now points to a different, albeit correct, locality - Fayette & Somerset Cos., Pennsylvania, USA. How did they end up with the same locality numbers?

I changed it to a location that was in the hierarchy of another locality.
