Ann.P. Sabina, ROCKS AND MINERALS FOR THE COLLECTOR, Miscellaneous Report 32, 1983, pp. 11-12.
It should be something similar to this ...
Sabina, A. P. (1983), Rocks and minerals for the collector, miscellaneous report 32: 11-12.

Would have been easier to copy & paste my version ;-)
Don't forget to change each mineral entry as well ! I randomly picked a mineral & looked at the info, it still shows your original submission.

Unfortunately we still only have examples of reference formats on the edit form of minerals and not on the edit form of localities.
This is the example from the mineral edit form
Jones, B.M. et al (2009) Quartz included winky dinkies from the Slobovian Highlands. Mineralogical Record, 42(5), 435-441. doi:10.1023/A:1021827724818
The doi info is optional, of course.
A complete list of authors is fine and would look like this:
Jones, B.M., Smith, J.M., Hoolahoop, O. (2012) Quartz included winky ....
Ideally, the references are given in chronological order.

I don't agree, I do like to see some punctuation after the year to break it up, either a comma or a colon.
Sorry Amir, I'm with Chet on this one http://www.mindat.org/forum.php?read,6,252867,252867#msg-252867
;-)

You do not disagree with me.
You (and perhaps also Chet, but I am not sure after reading the thread you linked to) disagree with the currently documented, albeit poorly documented, reference standard (if there is a reference standard, that is).
