I have a Scribd account and have a good assortment of books on mineralogy, crystallography and related chemistry for free download. Scribd page

There are hundreds more on Internet Archive. Internet Archive This site contains millions of books and nearly all of them are free downloads in several formats. Just type in the keyword such as mineralogy or crystallography and the results pages will give you many options. I use the DJVU program since its "lighter" (takes little space on the hard drive) and the documents themselves are smaller and view faster than PDF format. The free WinDJView reader is here: DJVU reader It is available for Windows or Mac machines and also works fine in Linux.

All of these downloads are legal in the USA. Please check your own countries copyright laws.
