Schorlomite : Ca3(Ti,Fe3+)2[(Si,Fe3+,Fe2+)O4]3, Magnetite : Fe2+Fe3+2O4

Tanfit, Ouarzazate Province, Souss-Massa-Draâ Region, Morocco

Very well defined schorlomite crystals about 1 cm in diameter, nice waxy luster. Accompanied by very shiny magnetite crystals. Specimen size: 4.2 x 3.6 x 3 cm.
