Crystals have rounded shapes but they are formed by stepped planes with the faces of the cube and the octahedron and they are very sharp and bright. Between the crystals of Galena some groups of transparent crystals of Quartz appear.

Pyrite : FeS2

This is an old pyrite specimen from the 70''s, with amazingly sharp, lustrous and beautifully-formed crystals! The largest measures 3.5 cm. The faces of the crystals have very fine striations which add to the beauty. ex Ruggiero collection 5.3 x 4.7 x 3.9cm
