Håkansboda, Lindesberg, Västmanland, Sweden

Single 8x5x5 mm "glaucodot" crystal with typical morphology. The specimen was tested by microprobe and analysis show only 1.37 wt.% of Co. Another more large crystal contained 1.25% Co... So this isn't even danaite, but only slightly cobaltoan arsenopyrite. It is interesting, that small xls ~ 1.5-2 mm in sulphide ore give 7-8 % Co what is equal to ...
