One side of this specimen is covered in lustrous flattened nail head calcites to 10mm while the other side is covered in small tan tan ankerites. There are also a couple of black sphalerite crystals to 8mm. Overall size of the specimen is 57mm x 23mm x 41mm. Paul Nicholson collection and photo.

Small calcite crystals to about 7mm are scattered over an iron stained limestone with fossil corals that have been etched out of their matrix.

A thin 'strip' of calcite crystals 17mm wide and crystallised on both sides from the Bogg Shaft area of the mine. The calcite fluoresces red under UV light.
