Plate of lustrous, white albite crystals from the famous Branchville locality (now closed). No damage. Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970). Overall size of mineral specimen: 7x5x3 cm. Size of individual crystals: 4-8 mm.

Specimen measures 7.7 cm x 5.5 cm x 4.3 cm. Field collected in 1974. Some vugs contain altered pyrite crystals and purple fluorite crystals. S. Bonney specimen and photo.

A large cluster of albite feldspar crystals from Branchville. This piece formerly resided in the collection of well-known Connecticut mineral collector Ted Johnson. Initially, it was collected by J. Kirk in 1985. An exellent example of this mineral from Branchville.

A small, 2.5 mm albite crystal almost fills a tiny cavity. The walls of the cavity, the albite crystal, and the gap between them are sprinkled with tiny, acicular, green elbaite crystals. Lustrous, pearlescent cleavelandite blades in a jackstraw pattern comprise this showy piece from a historic locale.
