3x2.5x0.8 cm specimen of high grade green jadeite - with the local name Maw Sit Sit. It composed on ~98 wol.% by chromian jadeite (5.22 wt.% Cr2O3) intermediate member of jadeite-kosmochlor series. Composition of jadeite from the specimen is Na1.00(Al.85Cr.13Fe"'.02)1.00[(Si1.98Al.02)2.00O6] or in therms of end members ~ Jad85Ksm13Aeg2. Associated ...
