Müllenbach U deposit, Baden-Baden, Black Forest, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Impregnation of Uraninite (black) surrounded by Hematite (red) in Arkose Sandstone, containing Sericite by K-metasomatosis. Typical for the Müllenbach deposit. Spezimen ca. 4 wide. Found in Summer 2008 in the forest near Müllenbach.
