Kunlun Mts (Kunlun Shan), Kashi (Kashgar; Qeshqer) Prefecture, Xinjiang (Xinjiang-Uygur) Autonomous Region, China 4.0 x 1.2 x 0.9 cm to 1.8 x 0.8 x 0.3 cm. 15 crystals of diopside from a 2003 find in China, many of them having large gemmy areas that are obscured in the photo by surface coatings -- and with complete terminations on one end. 93 grams total weight. |
