Grimsel pass, Grimsel area, Hasli Valley, Bern, Switzerland Large crystal of transparent smoky quartz with minor granite matrix attached at the base. Two extra faces are in the corners (x and v faces), rare. The crystal is very clear internally and has 2 minor nicks on the back, with clean surfaces on the front. Overall size of mineral specimen: 10x6.5x6 cm. Size of individual crystals: 10 cm. |
