Well formed crystals of acanthite tapering from a small 1 mm stem up to a large, blocky crystal 9 mm across. The large crystal exhibits the typical cavernous habit (hollow, concave areas). Classic specimen, no damage. Overall size of mineral specimen: 16x9x8 mm. Size of individual crystals: 1-9 mm.

Superb black well formed crystals of acanthite to 6 mm in size are set nicely upon a matrix of black crystallized polybasite. The polybasite is in the form of thin pseudohexagonal platy crystals to 5 mm. This shows well all around and is damage-free. Excellent for the species! Size: 2.1 x 1.8 x 4.1 cm.
