Carguaicollo Mine (Carguaycollo Mine; Carhuaycollo Mine), Antonio Quijarro Province, Potosí Department, Bolivia 5.0 x 4.6 x 4.4 cm. Teallite is a rare lead, tin sulfosalt and this rich and fine specimen is from the Co-type Locality - the Carguaicollo Mine of Bolivia.
